"Statistics & Decision Making" has been included in the "2020 Edition of China's Core Journals of Science and Technology."

On December 29, 2020, the "2020 China Science and Technology Paper Statistics Results Release Conference," hosted by the China Science and Technology Information Institute, was held as an online event. The conference unveiled various statistical and analytical findings, including the *2020 Edition of the China Science and Technology Journal Citation Report (Core Edition)*.
Since 1987, the China Science and Technology Information Institute has annually released statistical data on Chinese scientific papers to the public. These statistics are widely used by science and technology administration bodies and the academic community, with the institute’s comprehensive findings incorporated into the "China Statistical Yearbook of Science and Technology," published jointly by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Bureau of Statistics. It is reported that China currently publishes more than 10,000 journals in total. In 2020, a total of 2,467 journals were recognized as core Chinese science and technology journals, including 2,070 in the natural sciences and 397 in the social sciences.
