1. The paper must adhere to the correct political and value orientations, emphasizing problem awareness and academic innovation. It should align with statistical principles and empirical research methodologies, while also fitting the journal’s intended focus and editorial style.

2. Adhere to academic ethics and standards. All authors submitting manuscripts to this journal must guarantee exclusive publication rights, ensuring that their work is not simultaneously submitted elsewhere. Authors are expected to voluntarily comply with national copyright laws and regulations, confirming that their submissions are original, previously unpublished, and free from any intellectual property disputes or confidentiality obligations of any kind. Additionally, the similarity index (overall text overlap) of articles as measured by CNKI must not exceed 10%; manuscripts already indexed in databases will not be considered for publication.
