1. Deep academic expertise: Possessing a doctoral degree or holding a position of associate senior level and above, with profound scholarly knowledge and extensive research experience in the relevant field, as well as having achieved high-level academic accomplishments.

Rigorous Academic Approach: Familiar with academic standards, possessing a strong sense of responsibility and a meticulous scholarly attitude, enabling the reviewer to provide objective, fair, and accurate evaluations of a manuscript’s academic value, originality, logical structure, and adherence to established norms.

3. Enthusiastic about Academic Service: Willing to dedicate time and energy to peer review, ensuring timely and high-quality completion of review tasks, while also eager to support emerging scholars and contribute to fostering academic exchange.

4. High Academic Fit: Your research area must align with the journal's focus and key research priorities.

3. Responsibilities

1. Carefully and thoroughly review the submitted manuscripts according to the journal's peer-review guidelines and procedures, and submit objective, impartial, and detailed feedback within the specified timeframe.

2. Adhere to academic ethical standards, respect the authors' intellectual contributions, and maintain strict confidentiality regarding the reviewed content.

3. Assist the editorial team in re-examining controversial manuscripts, providing expert judgment and recommendations.

4. Rights and Benefits

1. Received the appointment letter as a "Special Review Expert" from *Statistics & Decision*.

2. Priority will be given to publishing your high-quality academic papers in this journal (subject to the standard peer-review process).
