2026 The year marks the inaugural year of the 15th Five-Year Plan. This journal will remain firmly aligned with the major strategic plans of the Party and the state, focusing on the further comprehensive deepening of reform and the economic and social practices driving Chinese‑style modernization. It will address pressing real‑world concerns, track cutting‑edge academic developments, and highlight innovations in statistical theory and methodology. Submission Guidelines
1. The paper must adhere to the correct political orientation, academic direction, and value stance, with a strong emphasis on scholarly innovation. It should feature novel content, clear arguments, sound reasoning, reliable data, and rigorous logic.
2. Adhere to academic ethics and standards. The similarity index (total similarity ratio) on CNKI must not exceed 10%; manuscripts already indexed in databases will not be accepted.
3. The manuscript should be approximately 15,000 words in length, accompanied by an extended English abstract, and adhere to the journal’s formatting guidelines. Submissions must be in Word format; PDF is not permitted. Please include the author’s name, institutional affiliation, a brief biographical sketch, and a contact telephone number with each submission.
4. Submissions should be made through the “Statistics and Decision” submission system (https://tjjc.cbpt.cnki.net).
