"Statistics & Decision" has been included in the "Chinese Core Journals Guide" for the ninth consecutive time.

The "Comprehensive Guide to Chinese Core Journals," led and compiled by Peking University Library, is China's earliest and most authoritative system for evaluating core academic journals in the Chinese language. Since 2008, the guide has been updated every three years through a collaborative research and publication process that combines quantitative analysis with qualitative peer review. Quantitative evaluation is conducted using bibliometric principles and methods, drawing on 16 key indicators—including citation counts, citation rates, impact factors, characteristic factors, paper influence scores, paper citation indices, mutual citation indices, web download volumes, and web download rates—to identify and rank journals. The study draws data from 48 authoritative databases and abstracting journals, analyzing over 14.2 billion article instances across 13,764 journal titles. In addition, more than 10,000 subject-matter experts participate in the qualitative评审 process, ultimately selecting 1,990 core journals from among the vast array of Chinese-language periodicals currently published in China.
