"Statistics & Decision Making" Named Among the "Top 100 Journals by Digital Impact 2018 (Academic Category)"

　　The China (Wuhan) Journal Trading Expo 2018 was grandly held from September 14 to 16. During the event, the "6th Asia-Pacific Digital Journal Conference & 2018 International Forum on Media Innovation and Development," organized by the China Periodical Association and the Organizing Committee of the China (Wuhan) Journal Trading Expo, unveiled the results of the "Top 100 Journals with Strongest Digital Influence 2018" selection. Notably, *Statistical & Decision* magazine was proudly listed among the "Top 100 Journals with Strongest Digital Influence 2018 (Academic Journals Category)."

 

　　This selection process targeted journals approved by China's national publishing administration authorities and holding a nationally unified, continuous, and officially published serial number. Data were sourced from CNKI, China Reading Network, Longyuan Network, Bokan Network, the "Reproduced Materials from Newspapers and Periodicals" database of Renmin University of China, and China International Trade & Investment Corporation, with data mining support provided by Zhiwei Data. The data period covered was from June 1, 2017, to May 31, 2018. Journals were evaluated comprehensively based on their influence across various digital formats. A total of 100 popular-interest journals and 100 academic journals were selected. Notably, this marks the third consecutive year our publication has earned this prestigious recognition.

 

　　Enhancing the international visibility and reach of journals, while fostering their high-quality development, is inseparable from digital transformation—this has become a shared consensus among China’s top journal management leaders and a unified action embraced by the entire Chinese journal community. The primary aim of this selection event is to further accelerate the digitalization and integrated development of journals. In this ongoing journey toward academic journal transformation and growth through digital innovation, *Statistics & Decision-Making* has taken another solid step forward.
