"Statistics & Decision Making" has been selected for the ninth time on the list of "China's Most Internationally Influential Academic Journals."

On December 24, the "China Academic Journal International Citation Annual Report" (2024 edition), jointly developed by CNKI and Tsinghua University Library, was officially released. "Statistics & Decision Making" was honored as the "2024 China's Most Internationally Influential Academic Journal," ranking 16th among Chinese-language journals in the humanities and social sciences—and securing the top spot among statistics journals.

The "List of China's Most Internationally Influential Academic Journals" has been published annually for 13 consecutive years, and this year marks the ninth straight year that *Statistical & Decision Making* has made the list since 2016. In the 2024 annual report, a total of 7,138 Chinese academic journals were evaluated. Based on the International Citation Communication Index (ICCI), 330 journals were ultimately selected, including 70 Chinese-language journals in the humanities and social sciences. According to the released data, *Statistical & Decision Making* saw significant improvements across all key impact metrics compared to 2023. Notably, its ranking climbed from 40th to 16th among humanities and social science journals last year, while its International Citation Communication Index (ICCI) surged to 230.907—a 69% increase from 2023. Additionally, the journal’s international citation impact factor rose by an impressive 101% over the previous year. Another new metric introduced in this evaluation, "number of authors citing the journal from outside China," reached 368 for the first time.
