To help authors quickly publish and widely disseminate their research findings, foster academic exchange and knowledge innovation, and support the development of China’s independent knowledge system, *Statistics and* Decision-making 》Since May 2, 2024 Starting from the 7th, it will integrate with the Philosophy and Social Sciences Preprint Platform—a sub-platform of Renmin University of China's Digital Innovation Platform for China's Autonomous Knowledge System in Philosophy and Social Sciences (commonly referred to as "PhilSoc Preprints"). Website: https://zsyyb.cn) – a collaborative partnership aimed at jointly exploring and providing authors with a comprehensive, end-to-end academic service process: "rapid review—preprint publication—first-mover proof of deposit—open peer review—online discussion—manuscript recommendation & selection—journal publication—selective republishing—multi-channel media dissemination."

1. This journal encourages and supports authors to either submit their papers directly or authorize the journal to submit them on their behalf after initial submission to the journal. "The Philosophy and Social Sciences Preprint" has been released. At the same time, the journal also encourages and supports authors whose papers have already been published in the journal to either upload them themselves or authorize the journal to post them on "Philosophy and Social Sciences Preprint."

2.  This journal has already notified the authors "Philosophy and Social Sciences Preprints," which are papers published without specifying the target journal, will be selectively considered for acceptance based on their quality and the needs of our journal. Additionally, we welcome recommendations from "Philosophy and Social Sciences Preprints" for outstanding unpublished manuscripts suitable for submission to our journal.

3. This journal welcomes authors to cite materials from Academic papers and other scholarly works published on the "Philosophy and Social Sciences Preprint Platform."
