Job responsibilities

1. Able to independently manage the department's product operations, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requests, and monitoring product performance after launch.

2. Able to establish an effective data-tracking mechanism based on operational goals and the current product status, drive the optimization of operational strategies in line with business development needs, and oversee the implementation of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets.

3. Continuously monitor product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, stay informed about competitor activities, and conduct competitive analysis.

4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes to optimize business efficiency.

 

Job Requirements

1. Possesses strong analytical skills and logical thinking, is highly responsible, demonstrates excellent stress tolerance, and can independently manage and complete projects.

2. Possessing insightful thinking, independent analytical skills, as well as strong learning, innovation, and communication abilities;

3. Passionate about product operations, with a strong enthusiasm for innovation and tackling challenging problems;

4. Proficient in PRD creation and prototype design; candidates with banking industry experience or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, or online monetization platforms are preferred.

5. Strong in stress resistance, execution ability, and quick to learn.
